The Sand Washer System

Its operation involves a series of stages: Firstly, soiled bedding enters the washer, where a powerful stream of water agitates the mixture, loosening organic debris. Next, the suspended organic matter is separated from the sand through a process of sedimentation and settling, facilitated by the washer’s unique design. Finally, the cleaned sand is discharged, ready for reuse, while the separated organic material is directed for further processing or disposal.
