Automatic Blade Adjustment
Each blade’s contact pressure can be individually adjusted, with the process fully automated through a central adjustment unit that applies constant pressure. This ensures that the blades maintain perfect contact with the surface, keeping the cutting force consistently high and delivering excellent cutting results every time.

Ideal Cutting Speed
Traditional perforated disk macerators (on the left) use a rotating cutting plate, where the circumferential speed is much higher at the outer edge [A] than at the center [B], leading to uneven wear. In contrast, the OrbitGrinder (on the right) maintains a uniform cutting speed across all points of the blades, ensuring optimal macerating performance and an exceptional service life.

Pivoted Cutting Blades
The blades are pivot-mounted on a single-point suspension, ensuring they remain perfectly aligned with the cutting basket surface. This design guarantees efficient and consistent cutting results.
