Automatic Blade Adjustment
Each blade’s contact pressure can be individually adjusted, with the process fully automated through a central adjustment unit that applies constant pressure. Ideal Cutting Speed
Traditional perforated disk macerators (on the left) use a rotating cutting plate, where the circumferential speed is much higher at the outer edge [A] than at the center [B], leading to uneven wear. In contrast, the OrbitGrinder (on the right) maintains a uniform cutting speed across all points of the blades, ensuring optimal macerating performance and an exceptional service life.

Pivoted Cutting Blades
